For Bookings at PLUME Hotels
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
- Standard check-out: – 12:00 noon
- Early arrivals before 9:00 AM will be charged from the previous night.
- All reservations will be held until 6:00 PM on the one day prior of arrival and are subject to room availability thereafter.
Early check-in
- Before 6:00 AM: 100% of the applicable room rate
- 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM: 50% of the applicable room rate
- 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon: 25% of the applicable room rate
- 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM: Complimentary, subject to availability
Late check-out
- Until 1:00 PM: Complimentary, subject to availability
- 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM: 25% of the applicable room rate
- 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of the applicable room rate
- After 6:00 PM: 100% of the applicable room rate for one night
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and hotel confirmation. Applicable charges are calculated on the room rate, excluding taxes. During exhibitions, special events, peak seasons, and high-occupancy periods, complimentary extensions may not be available. Guaranteed early check-in before 9:00 AM is subject to availability and may require reservation of the previous night. The hotel reserves the right to approve or decline requests based on operational requirements and room inventory.
All reservations will be held until 6:00 PM on the day prior to arrival and are subject to room availability thereafter.
Payment & Taxes
- Room tariff and applicable taxes must be paid at the time of check-in.
- Taxes are levied in accordance with Government regulations and are subject to change without prior notice.
Guest Identification
- Every guest must present a valid Government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- Foreign nationals must present their passport and valid visa upon arrival.
Visitor Policy
- In the interest of guest privacy and hotel security, visitors are permitted only until 08:00 PM.
- Any visitor staying beyond this time will be considered an additional resident guest and must register at the Front Desk with valid identification.
- Additional charges will apply for shared occupancy.
Corporate Bookings
- For corporate bookings with pre-approved credit facilities, a Bill to Company (BTC) authorization must be received from an approved booker before guest arrival.
- If valid BTC authorization is not available at the time of billing, guests must settle their bills directly at check-out.
Reservation, Cancellation & Amendment Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Please cancel, reduce, or amend a guaranteed reservation, at least 48 hours before arrival.
- For cancellations, amendments, or no-shows within 48 hours of the check-in date a retention charge will apply:
Number of rooms cancelled or no-show × 1 night × applicable daily rate (including taxes) - In case of early departures, retention charges will apply for the unused nights.
- Non-cancellable or non-amendable packages/rates are fully chargeable, and the entire advance amount will be retained as cancellation fees.
Child Policy
- Two children up to 11 years of age may stay in the parents’ room complimentary, using existing bedding.
- One extra child bed, if required, may be provided complimentary, subject to availability.
- One child aged 8–12 years may stay in the parents’ room at an additional charge for the extra bed.
